Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Holder's Watch. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Last updated 15 September 2026

The service

Holder's Watch, provided by Holder's Watch, monitors public blockchain addresses you add and alerts you to possible contract migrations, delistings and dormant projects for the tokens held there. It only reads public data. It cannot move, hold or recover tokens.

Not financial advice

Everything Holder's Watch shows you, including alerts, case files, health scores and suggested next steps, is information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You're responsible for your own decisions. Always check a project's official channels before acting.

No guarantee of completeness or timing

We work to detect events accurately, but we rely on third-party data that can be wrong, late or unavailable, and we check tokens on a schedule rather than continuously. We can't guarantee that we'll detect every event, detect it in time, or never raise a false alert. Don't rely on Holder's Watch as your only way of keeping track of your holdings or of deadlines.

Your account

  • Give an email address you control, and keep your password secure.
  • You're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around rate limits or security measures;
  • interfere with or overload the service, or scrape it automatically;
  • use the service to break the law, or to impersonate Holder's Watch.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Cost and changes to the service

The service is free at the moment. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you what they cost before you're ever charged, and you won't be charged without agreeing. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we make a significant change that affects you, we'll give you notice where we reasonably can.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from events we did or didn't detect, from decisions you make using the service, from third-party data, or from the service being unavailable. If you use the service as a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms don't affect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email hello@holderswatch.com.
