Frequently asked questions
What does Holder's Watch do?
It watches the tokens in wallets you add and alerts you to contract migrations, delistings and projects that have gone dormant. See how it works.
Is it free?
Yes. Holder's Watch is free to use at the moment.
Which chains are supported?
We monitor Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum One. You can save Solana addresses, but we don't detect balances or send alerts for them yet.
Do you need my seed phrase or private key?
No, never. We only need a public address. We will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, wallet connection or signature. Anyone who does is not us. See security.
Can Holder's Watch move or recover my tokens?
No. We only read public blockchain data. If you need to act on an alert, you do it yourself through the project's official channels.
How often do you check?
We re-check the tokens you hold on a rolling schedule. You can also refresh a wallet's balances whenever you like from its page.
How will I get alerts?
Alerts appear in your dashboard, and we email them to you. Emails only go to confirmed addresses, so confirm yours after signing up. You can turn email alerts off in settings.
Is an alert financial advice?
No. An alert tells you something we detected so you can check it. It isn't a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Do you send price alerts?
No. We focus on events that can make a holding worthless without you noticing, not price movements.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings, choose Delete account. This removes your account, wallets and alerts. You can also email privacy@holderswatch.com.
